Returns and Refunds

At Zyntal, we understand that you may need to return your order. We accept all refund requests within 14 days of receiving the order. If you have any questions, please use our Contact Us page.

Cancellation of an Order

If you change your mind after delivery, you can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the order, and you have another 14 days to return the product to us as per the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If you receive a wrong item, or one that is faulty or damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@zyntal.com. After verification and confirmation, we will issue a refund immediately without needing to return the product.

Not as Described or No Longer Needed

If you receive an item that is not damaged or faulty but is not as described or no longer needed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the product in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in this case. Contact us at support@zyntal.com. We will respond within 48 hours and provide our warehouse address for the return. We will notify you upon receipt of the item.
